PEOPLE confused about the issue and future of provision for special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) are invited to a presentation taking place at 7.30pm tomorrow (Thursday) at the Palace Theatre, Paignton.

Solicitor Michael Charles will cut through the legal jargon around the Children’s Wellbeing and Schools Bill and what can be expected from SEND reform, such topics as:

» The likely shape of reform, based on media leaks and signals about the direction of Government policy.

» The shift in power towards local authorities.
