Parcel delivery scam exposed

A DELIVERY driver working for a courier firm has been sacked after a South Hams resident's campaign after more than 100 parcels in the area were falsely declared as delivered.

A social media post by Luke Jones alerted residents of Loddiswell, Aveton Gifford, Kingsbridge, Modbury, Churchstow and surrounding villages to the scam, with Mr Jones saying he had evidence more than 100 parcels that courier firm Evri confirmed as being delivered, had not actually made their way to their intended recipients.
