Norrie watched Andy Murray lose to Aussie Alex de Minaur here on Tuesday, before Pat Cummins’ side sealed a dramatic first Test win at Edgbaston.
The world No.13 looked in danger of another home defeat against Thompson (inset) when he lost the first set, before finding his line and length to win 4-6 6-3 6-2
