Slot call for calm as Mo back in squad after blowing big top

MO SALAH will be part of Liverpool's squad to face Brighton today after Arne Slot admitted he wanted to avoid "a circus" over the Egyptian's future.

The Reds boss admits he has not enjoyed the last few days at the club after Salah's bombshell interview following the 3-3 draw with Leeds last Saturday, where he accused the club of being "thrown under the bus".

Despite that, Slot hinted there is still a way back for Salah, saying: "I have no reasons not to want him to stay." And positive face-to-face talks yesterday ended with the forward, who was benched for three games then dropped after his explosive outburst, being named in the squad for today.
