COVENTRY extended their lead at the top of the Championship with a brilliant but hard-fought victory at Sheffield United.

The Sky Blues fell behind to a Harrison Burrows' opener but Haji Wright equalised four minutes later in an entertaining game at Bramall Lane where Jack Rudoni popped up with a brilliant headed winner.
