HMO plan for pub is considered

PLANS to turn a vacant 162-year-old pub in Saltney into a HMO for 11 residents will be considered by councillors this week.

‘The plans for the Corner Pin have been resubmitted to Flintshire County Council having been rejected earlier this year, Saltney Cllr Jason Shallcross referred the application to the Planning Committee when it was resubmitted.
