Sex worker probe of 13 officers & force staff

A MAJOR probe into Greater Manchester Police officers and staff allegedly making “non-legitimate” contact with sex workers has been launched.

Three people have been sacked and 10 are being investigated by GMP’s Anti-Corruption Unit.

The probe was triggered by Inspector Toby Knight, who scheduled hundreds of meetings with sex workers on his force-issued phone, sometimes while he was on duty.
