Queen stunned by rape survivor's book

THE Queen has told mass rape survivor Gisele Pelicot her harrowing account of her ordeal in a new memoir left her lost for words.

In an emotional meeting, Camilla - a longstanding campaigner on domestic and sexual violence - admitted she could not put Ms Pelicot's book down.

Last year, the Queen wrote to the French woman, commending her courage and grace for waiving her anonymity in a horrific rape case involving her ex-husband and 50 strangers.
