With only an idea in hand, Seven Media dove headfirst into strategy before aesthetics, unpacking the “why” behind the brand, identifying a gap in the frozen dairy space, and shaping a unique identity rooted in emotion, nostalgia, and bold personality.

To break free from the cookie-cutter norms of frozen dessert branding, Seven introduced a character at the heart of the story — Jack, a chill polar bear with massive mascot appeal. Designed to charm both kids and adults, Jack brings the brand to life with cool vibes, a playful edge, and a global-ready identity.
