BOSS PRAISED AFTER SHOCK WIN
SENNE LAMMENS has revealed Michael Carrick got the seal of approval from Sir Jim Ratcliffe after Manchester United's win at Arsenal.
And the United goalkeeper claims Carrick's back-to-basics approach is behind their upturn in form following the sacking of Ruben Amorim.
The Red Devils secured a dramatic 3-2 victory at the Emirates thanks to a late goal from Matheus Cunha, which condemned Arsenal to a first home defeat in the Premier League this season.
United co-owner Ratcliffe attended the thriller along with CEO Omar Berrada and director of football Jason Wilcox, and Lammens admitted it was inspiring to see the club's hierarchy show their support for Carrick.
