COLESHILL Town and Racing Club Warwick are among a handful of clubs still bidding for a NPL Midlands playoff place going into the final game.

- By DAVID LAWRENCE

THE Colemen had looked odds-on to extend their season before a torrid run of form saw them drop to fifth and Saturday's 2-2 draw with Corby Town was their first point after three straight defeats.

Fletcher Toll struck twice in the first half for the visitors before Harry Harris' Coleshill men reduced the arrears through Mason Rees on 52 minutes. The equaliser came four minutes from time, Tristan Dunkley heading home.

Racing were 1-0 winners at Loughborough Students to take them to within a point of their playoff rivals, striker James Harding with the only goal.
