"Save My Land" - Appeal by Advocate Narender to the Collector - Injustice faced even by a lawyer

Warangal Corpora tion siding with land grabbersAdvocate Narender, who has been legally fighting for the past three years to protect his land, submitted a grievance petition to the District Collector at the Grievance Cell on Monday, seeking justice and protection of his land.

He stated that despite repeatedly complaining to the Commissioner of Warangal Municipal Corporation and the Hanumakonda District Collector, no inquiry has been conducted even for a single day regarding his land. All complaints have been ignored due to the corruption of municipal officials and the influence of previous government administrators.

Narender explained that in 2010, he, along with his family and friends, purchased a 2,310 square yard residential plot in Survey No. 27, Jawahar Colony, Vaddepally, Hanumakonda Mandal. Since then, the land has been under their possession. However, land grabbers Naison and Venu Gopal Reddy illegally encroached on part of his land about three years ago and obtained house construction permits. Upon discovering this, Narender approached the authorities requesting cancellation of the construction permits, but no action was taken.
