Hyderabad, Apr 9 : A coordination meeting was held today with officials from various government departments and the organizers of the Sri Veera Hanuman Vijaya Yatra concerning the arrangements for the event scheduled on 12.04.2025, the procession of Sri Hanuman Jayanti. The meeting took place at the Osmania Medical College Auditorium, Koti, Hyderabad. Officers from the Hyderabad City Police, as well as the Cyberabad and Rachakonda Police Commissionerates, were in attendance.

The meeting saw the participation of key members from Telangana Rashtra Ba-jrang Dal, Vishwa Hindu Parishad, and senior officials from the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC), Roads & Buildings Department (R&B), Fire Services, Electricity Department, Emergency Management and Research Institute (EMRI), Telangana State Transport Corporation (TGRTC), Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWS&SB), Transport Department, and Health & Medical Departments.

Addressing the attendees, CV Anand IPS DG Commissioner of Police Hyderabad emphasized the importance of conducting the Sri Veera Hanuman Vijaya Yatra in a peaceful atmosphere. He urged the organizers to be vigilant about any new individuals joining the procession and to promptly inform the local police as a precautionary measure. He requested their cooperation with the traffic police to avoid any traffic congestion during the yatra.
