CONSOLIDATED CHARITY HOLDS FAREWELL CEREMONY AT PIRELLI

A TRUSTEE at the Consolidated Charity of Burton Upon Trent has stood down after 12 years of loyal service.
George Fargher, who joined the charity in 2013, was recognised at a special ceremony held at Burton Albion’s Pirelli Stadium.
It is thought that the charity dates back to the 16th century and it meets regularly to award grants to organisations and individuals in need, as well as awarding educational bursaries.
Chairman Ben Robinson made the presentation, watched by the other trustees.
