Collaboration
As a people person who sees the best in most folk, collaboration is an essential part of a happy working life for you. You are natural networker, even though you may not think of it this way to you, it's just getting on with people.
When you're excited by a new project or idea, you can't help sharing that enthusiasm with others and getting them involved, and you know that working with others brings out the best in you. You may be capable of getting on with things on your own, but it isn't long before it feels flat and joyless, or you just feel a bit lost.
With your developed sense of empathy, you can see most people's point of view, and you don't particularly like conflict, so there may be times when you struggle to make a decision that keeps everyone happy. But you usually find a way, partly because you can win people over and gain their trust.
You no doubt already know that a job within a team is your ideal environment, preferably with in-person contact, but virtual working can also be rewarding if it's a group effort with a shared goal and responsibilities. And ensuring you have some face-to-face contact during the working day - even just a coffee with a friend - will help you flourish.
