WHY DID YOUR CLIENT BUY THIS HOUSE?

The owner, a young professional and first-time buyer, used a property search agent to help find the right home in 2021. Her brief was clear: a stylish, well-connected area with a vibrant social scene, excellent restaurants and the sort of atmosphere that felt young yet established. Notting Hill delivered all of the above.

HOW DID YOU BECOME INVOLVED IN THIS PROJECT?

We'd met the client's mother during a project in Thailand, while working on a neighbouring property. A few years later she asked us to take on her daughter's new London home.

CAN YOU OUTLINE THE OWNER'S BRIEF?

Contemporary, tactile and sociable. The owner wanted her home to feel warm and inviting — a space where friends could gather together, yet never at the expense of comfort or practicality.
