Cattrall, 66, is returning to the series for one “cliffhanger” scene, which the actress secretly shot on March 22 in New York City without seeing or speaking to Parker, fellow leading ladies Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis, or showrunner Michael Patrick King.
