When creating this dessert, I was inspired by the Barbie craze and strawberry season — suddenly, everything was pink!” Noma Beach founder Donatella Arpaia says of this sweet treat. “[It] felt like the perfect blend of fun and flavor. SERVES 8-10

INGREDIENTS

9 eggs (6 yolks and 3 whole eggs)

3 tbsp vanilla extract

16 oz granulated sugar

8 oz container mascarpone cheese (I like Galbani)
