The conference featured engaging panel discussions, including 5 CEOs on Investment, Innovation, Impact, Intent, and Industry and sessions on topics like Menu Innovation and The Rise of New-Age Resto-Bars. Ritu Marya, Editor-in-Chief of Entrepreneur India and Restaurant India, highlighted the region’s potential, saying, “The restaurant market in Andhra Pradesh has increased. Many brands are expanding or moving out of Andhra Pradesh market, making it a great opportunity for expansion and investment.”

Biryani: A Cultural and Commercial Staple

Discussing menu innovation, Gautam Gupta, MD & CEO of Paradise Biryani, said, “Biryani is one of the single largest items selling on food platforms. In India, there are 200 types of biryani.
