Pankaj Satija, executive in-charge (ferro alloys and minerals division), Tata Steel, said, “It starts with celebrating failures.” The company has multiple layers of recognition, he added, from shop-floor projects to those at the company level. “At the shop floor level, we have the Manthan Ab Shop Floor Se initiative, where all suggestions are welcome,” he said.
