The fourth Industrial Revolution or Industry 4.0 technologies have revolutionized traditional manufacturing processes by integrating emerging digital tools that drastically improve efficiency, productivity, and safety. The rise of smart production, where interconnected devices and advanced analytics communicate simultaneously through the Internet of Things (IoT). This seamless integration helps in realtime data collection and data analysis, helping manufacturers identify their inefficiencies, reduce downtime, and easily optimize production schedules. Similarly, automation and robotics are also key components of Industry 4.0 as they are capable of performing complex tasks autonomously, reducing the need for manual labor and minimizing human error. This not only accelerates production but also improves consistency and quality control in the manufacturing process.
