CALICUT HOSTS A POWER-PACKED 47TH DESIGN DEBATE

The latest edition of Design Debate brought the design community together in Calicut for a high-energy exchange of ideas on the future of architecture.

Architect and Interiors India's flagship property - Design Debate, offers a platform to network and share knowledge via panel discussions related to the field of design and architecture. For the 47th edition, we arrived in the largest city on the Malabar Coast and the capital of the British-era Malabar district - Calicut.

The event commenced with Indrajeet Saoji - Group Publishing Director, ITP Media India, the person who has ideated this event, addressing the gathering. The theme of the 4th season was Sustainability Vs Profitability - Finding the Balance.

A night of networking and knowledge sharing witnessed the participation of not only the esteemed speakers from leading architectural firms but also some renowned brands that partnered with us to display their collection and further explain their products and offerings. The first partner presentation of the evening was by Harsharaj Shetty- Deputy Head-Engineering, Schuco, leading suppliers of high-quality window, door and façade systems made from aluminium, PVC-U and steel.
