The Australian pro shares her tips on keeping fit and motivated while there’s no racing on the cards

WATT WORKS FOR ME: Tiffany Cromwell

You spent much of ‘lockdown’ in Finland with your partner (F1 racing driver) Valtteri Bottas before heading home to Monaco. Did you train together? Yes, we’ve been doing almost all of our training together. A lot on the bike, both road, and MTB, as for him it’s good cardio and he even joins in on some of the efforts. We’ve even done some Zwift sessions together which, for me helped with motivation. Home gym sessions have also been quite complimentary for us both, especially core and leg exercises, and some speed and skill work to help keep the brain active and reactions sharp. We were fortunate in Finland to have comparatively more freedom, and I was able to try ice hockey and karting once things opened again, which was fun, and hopefully, I’ll benefit from a few new skills.

What kind of sessions have you been doing indoors?
