Ever since her marriage to Tom Cruise came to an end in 2012, Katie Holmes has kept mum on the details of their break-up.

The actress allegedly signed a five-year confidentiality contract.

It stopped her from speaking about their relationship, the way they raised their daughter Suri, now 11, and her dealings with the Church of Scientology – in exchange for full custody of her and Tom’s little girl.

But with June 29 marking exactly five years since Katie filed for divorce from Tom, the 38-year old star is said to be planning an explosive memoir. And she’s ready to lay herself bare.

“It does seem fitting that Katie could be ready to pull back the curtain once that confidentiality contract has expired,” a source privy to the negotiations says.

“It could be a huge relief for her, and Katie would be able to set the record straight once and for all.”

With a bidding frenzy over the memoir expected, publishing insiders predict it will likely fetch Katie $11 million – at least.
