Taking in the “crisp, clean air” on the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, Schapelle Corby’s first taste of freedom couldn’t look any better.

Home and finally free after 12 years in Bali’s Kerobokan Prison and later under house arrest, the 39-year-old is looking happier and healthier than she has in years.

Simple activities like shopping at a farmers’ market and running on the beach barefoot are a far cry from her existence in Bali.

“Out and about, Australia is so beautiful. Crisp, clean air,” Schapelle wrote alongside a snap of her once more enjoying the stunning natural beauty our country has to offer last week.

Proving she’s learning about social media, she added hashtags – #Australia, #discoverqueensland and #freedom.
