The November 2019 edition presents government’s initiatives for rural roads which are smoothly transiting rural livelihoods and alleviating poverty among rural remote communities. In the last few years, we are also witnessing a shift in government’s initiatives for waste and water management. Unlike roads and highways, renewable energy, power and T&D, urban development and real estate; waste and water management remained a poor cousin when it came to funding waste and water projects.
