Welcome to 2025! As the calendar rolls over into a new year, we’re rolling out Green Power – gotta get with the times! Speaking customs, Purple Run will take your breath away. Check out what those crazy Frenchmen have come up with. Amazing. There’s also a great twin-cam Breakout, and a unique Sportster. Gasoline Alley built a Low Rider S demonstrator using genuine and top-notch aftermarket parts to build a Stage III Screamin’ Eagle Plus that’s cranking out 150hp and looks damn good doing it. We got our hands on a Low Rider ST with forward controls that has made every one of us smile. You might like the mid-mounts but we prefer it with forward controls. Harley City Collection doors are open once a year and we were lucky enough to be in the neighbourhood. We also rocked up to Morgan & Wacker’s Sydney opening, and Broadford for the old dungers. Graham took in the Vicla Nationals as a punter and shared his thoughts. Matt Mingay is a name that most of us know and we grabbed the chance to find out what make the legendary stuntman tick. And tock. Riding bikes is what we do and we’ve been out clocking up miles on a 2024 Street Glide as well as a 2014 Street Glide to check out the differences. Mick’s been out in the shed tinkering away on HDMAG, and shouting at online sellers! All of this and more in HEAVY DUTY #198. On sale Monday 13th in better newsagents and bike shops across Australia and New Zealand.
