In India, joint ventures are a popular way of doing business. The bulk of foreign direct investments are made by joint ventures. As the name implies, a joint venture is a partnership arrangement in which two or more parties intend to contribute and collaborate toward investments in the operation of a business with the aim of achieving a commercial goal.
