How to...dress to stay cool
Woman's Weekly

Stylish ways to beat the heat and feel comfortable when the temperature rises
1 GO WITH THE FLOW
Choose loose-fitting clothes in soft, floaty fabrics and avoid anything that's tight or clings to your body. Look out for wide-leg trousers with drawstring waistbands that you can adjust to suit your shape, and wear with an untucked tunic top. You can also get more mileage from your beach kaftan if the fabric isn't too see-through. They can be worn over loose trousers or with bare legs and strappy sandals.
