Insiders tell Woman's Day that while Penny, 54, is still eager to keep up their jetset way of life, 80-year-old Rod is still focused on his career – to the detriment of their marriage.

“Rod is all work and no play these days, and it's getting tiresome for Penny, who's missing the good old days and worrying what's happened to his legendary mojo,” a well-placed source spills.

“Penny feels like she barely recognises him – he used to be so full of energy. He worked hard, but he had plenty left in the tank for her!

“These days, they hardly get enough time together to enjoy a proper night out. She's saying it feels like she's married to his career and it's ridiculous.”
