However, the actor's estranged wife Sofia Vergara was quick to give her Hot Pursuit co-star her two cents!
"Sofia didn't exactly give her blessing to Reese - she gave her a warning instead about taking second place to his Dungeons & Dragons obsession," says an insider.
"But she has no problem with Reese trying her luck with Joe. He's really a great guy and Sofia had the time of her life in those early days."
