Rose Grimond, founder of Nettlebed Creamery, shares her cheese know-how for the perfect Christmas board

Nestled in an Oxfordshire village near Henley-on-Thames, Nettlebed has been in the same family since 1901, bought originally by Rose's great-grandfather. Rose - who previously worked in the food industry selling produce from Orkney at Borough Market and to top London restaurants - moved to the family farm in 2014, to help diversify the superlative milk into cheese.

Today the award-winning creamery produces three organic cheeses: Witheridge in Hay, Bix and Highmoor, plus unhomogenised milk and kefir. Here, Rose offers her festive cheeseboard tips.
