With Christmas finished, rubbish weather and dark evenings that go on forever, January can feel pretty bleak.

The third Monday of the month, dubbed 'Blue Monday', is supposedly the saddest day of the year, where a mixture of failed New Year's resolutions and back-to-work misery come to a head. With millions of us reportedly suffering from the winter blues, or seasonal affective disorder (SAD), it can feel tricky to find things to look forward to.
