You spend so much time at work that it's natural to find a spark and develop a connection with your colleagues. Some become lifelong friends and others blossom into romantic partners. Love doesn't care about job titles! As long as you're open about your relationships especially with HR - I see no problem in dating a colleague.

Like with any couple, there should be clear boundaries in place. There's a time for being professional and time for romance. But there's no reason why something that started as cheeky flirting over the water cooler couldn't turn into wedding bells.
