One of the bubbliest personalities in UK showbiz, when Woman's Own caught up with Alison Hammond at the Women of the Year Awards she was a joy to chat to.

And not only was she on great form, she also looked amazing.

Having lost an impressive 13 and a half stone, the This Morning presenter, 50, was glowing. But more importantly, she says she feels better than ever.

Making it clear that her weight loss was not for aesthetic reasons, Alison explains, 'The only reason I've lost weight is because I was at risk of diabetes.'

Here the star, who weighed 30 stone at her heaviest but now weighs around 16 and a half stone, opens up about her journey to get healthier and reveals why she'd 'never say never' to skinny jabs...
