She’s been open about her relationship and money troubles in the past, admitting, ‘I still lie in bed at night worrying about how I'm going to pay the bills.’ But amid a huge shakeup at ITV that could put her 25-year tenure at Loose Women at risk, it seems that Coleen Nolan is once again facing tough times.

The TV star, 60, is said to be ‘losing sleep’ over her financial situation and her future career. Despite selling 30 million records in a glittering singing career with The Nolans, the star says she ‘didn’t end up with anything’. After purchasing a six-acre farm last year in Staffordshire, Coleen revealed to Woman's Own that following her split from Michael Jones, her boyfriend of three years, she was struggling to pay bills alone.

‘Money that I make literally goes straight out on bills, the mortgage, like everyone, and insurance or whatever,’ she said earlier this year. ‘So although it looks like, wow, she’s got a lovely life, a lovely little farm, and it is lovely, and I know there's people a lot worse off, I've still got these worries. Especially at the moment, mine is the only income coming in.’

imageWhile Coleen once earned substantial sums from interviews and advertisements, she has acknowledged that those days are over. ‘Back in the day, you could get paid £10,000 for an interview and £50,000 for an advert. That extra money was life-changing.’
