Everyone’s favourite Chatty Man is venturing into sitcom territory. Alan Carr’s teamed up with Simon Carlyle, who created BBC2 comedy Two Doors Down, to write Changing Ends, which is based on his experiences of growing up as a gay teenager in 1980s Northampton, when his dad Graham was the manager of a fourth-division football team.
