How far would YOU GO TO PAY FOR GIFTS?

With reports of a growing number of mums selling sexy pictures in order to pay for Christmas, Woman investigates

How far would YOU GO TO PAY FOR GIFTS?

For so many, Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year. We get to see our children's excited faces on family outings to see the lights and visit Santa's grotto, and when they rip open their gifts and squeal with delight because they got the present they'd asked for.

But for most of us, it's also a time we spend months saving up for, and which can often leave our pockets feeling pinched and our bank balances lighter. On average, we each spend an extra £700 in the run-up to Christmas – with the rising cost of living, that's bound to put a strain on a great deal of households.

As a result, more and more people are turning to side hustles, finding quick ways to make a few extra pounds to spend over the festive season. We speak to one mum who has relied on a lucrative yet controversial job to make sure her family gets the very best.

‘I’M JUST PROVIDING FOR MY FAMILY’

Laura Whyte, 32, lives in Inverurie, Aberdeenshire, with her partner and two children, aged 14 and nine.

Waking up on Christmas morning is one of my favourite times, and I’m certain my children feel the same. I’ve always done my best to make it magical – the house is decorated from top to bottom with hundreds of antique ornaments, and there’s a 6ft Christmas tree adorned with baubles.

Career move

The last few years, though, have been even more incredible – and I’ve got no qualms in admitting that it’s all because I joined OnlyFans.
