Celebrating OLIVIA

THE NIGHT MANAGER 2016

Olivia bagged her first Golden Globe for her role as M16 officer Angela Burr in the BBC spy thriller. Despite originally being written for a man, she had no problem making the part her own, while going head-to-head with co-stars Tom Hiddleston and Hugh Laurie. Olivia's pregnancy was written into the script, but she said she was left with 'nappy brain' and struggled to remember lines. The show is returning for a second season, with Olivia back on board.

Following a string of TV roles, Olivia Colman found her big break as Sophie Chapman in the cult comedy alongside David Mitchell (Mark) and Robert Webb (Jeremy). Playing the role of Mark's on-again, off-again lover, their dysfunctional romance was one of the show's funniest storylines. Proving herself to be a top comedy talent, she was also in their sketch show That Mitchell and Webb Look.
