Culinary wild GOOSE CHASE

Kevin and Linda's Hong Kong dining experience was a cut-throat affair!

Linda and I enthuse over trying new dishes in foreign countries. On our way back from London, we stayed a couple of nights in Hong Kong in a fabulous boutique hotel called The Fleming. Around the corner was a celebrated local eatery, Kam’s Roast Goose.

It was one of those restaurants where the food's so revered, service isn't so sharp. The diner had, according to the publicity, won a Michelin Star every year for the past seven years. Which is why we decided to eat there.
