I am really excited about the return of Future Food Stars.

It's a competition to find a food and drinks lifestyle business for me to invest £150k of my own money in. But it isn't just about money. It's also about being able to tap into my infrastructure and the amazing team that I've spent two and a half decades working with. This year's contestants are very go-getting, competitive and a little bit disruptive!

I set a series of tasks to put them under pressure.

Businesses need stress testing and if I'm going to invest in these guys, I need to see what they're going to be like under pressure.

Describing this series as "The Apprentice for food" is b*****ks!
