On my recent trip to the Netherlands, I had the pleasure of meeting Esther Tabak, a passionate baker and cake artist. More recently, she fulfilled her dream of opening her own cake shop in the heart of Amsterdam. With the grand opening of Gebak van Tabak Wedding Cakes on June 10th, 2023, Esther brings her handmade, unique, and high-quality cakes to the local community.
