Atelier is enticing Sydney diners with modern French flavours and polished plates, writes Sue Wallace.
Presentation that enchants, flavours that pop in your mouth and tastes that tempt – that’s dinner at the ever-so-elegant Atelier by Sofitel at the Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour hotel.
Earlier this year, under the direction of Executive Chef Sam Moore, the restaurant was awarded two prestigious Chef Hats by the Australian Good Food Guide. Its menu is certainly deserving of applause, served amid a stylish decor of polished wood, glass and leather, with an outlook of stunning city views.
