Ever so often, a new film is announced and a grand muhrat is held. Everyone is excited and want to put in their best. Shooting starts and soon things start to go sour.

The film is hastily completed and released. Predictably, the film tanks badly. All the hopes and aspirations of the crew including the cast and music director vanish and everything relating to the film is forgotten.

‘Zindagi jeene ke liye’ was one such film. It starred Rakhee, Rakesh Roshan and Suresh Oberoi. The film had a good story idea but was executed shabbily. The only redeeming feature was Rajesh Roshan’s music.
