OURA RING 4

Now with more precise sensors and a comfier design
The Oura is the OG of the smart ring world - the Lord of the Rings, if you will - and with this fourth iteration there's now a ceramic version (£499), but it's the standard silver one I wore for this review. It looks a bit cheap, to be honest, so if I had the choice again I'd opt for something different.
There is an impressive array of sizes to choose from and Oura will post out a ring-sizing kit for free, but it's still a relatively chunky unit regardless. And it comes with its own bespoke charging stand, so you'll have to take that away with you if travelling for more than a few days. Oura has packed in a plethora of sensors - heart rate, blood oxygen, skin temperature, sleep and more - that don't protrude too much from the inner surface, so it's more comfortable to wear than previous versions.
