With modest hardware changes, can software steal the spotlight?

You can only trot out iterative updates so many times before your audience lets out a collective yawn... and Samsung might have just reached that tipping point with the Galaxy S25 Ultra.

Some mild styling tweaks, more CPU muscle and a new ultrawide camera are the only hardware upgrades, with a lot more attention given to the software side. But boring doesn't mean bad - so if you're not coming directly from last year's model, this is still a stonking handset.
