FORCE GURKHA

The perfect camping plan needs the perfect commute that can take you places. The 2024 Gurkha comes in 5-door and 3-door variants and is made for extreme offroading along different terrains. This beast may not be the best on the regular city tarmac, but is quite at home with challenging terrains.

The new 4-cylinder, 2.6-litre diesel engine generates 140hp of maximum power and 350Nm of peak torque, making it capable of pulling it through any terrain. The vehicle now comes with an electronic shifter to switch between 2-wheel (2H) and 4-wheel-drive (4H, 4L) modes. In 4L mode, the SUV can crawl over inclines effortlessly even without throttle input. The independent fully locking mechanical differentials can help you extract yourself out of any sticky situation.

The 5-door, seven-seater variant offers a middle bench in addition to the captain seats. The Gurkha uses coil spring suspension on all four wheels with an independent front axle for comfortable offroading. A factory-fitted snorkel lets the vehicle wade through up to 700mm of water.
