Fun fact: the cost of a flight to Dubai to buy a Mate XT will set you back less than the device itself. It's one of the few countries outside of China to stock it, while being stuck on the software back foot continues to hamper Huawei's appeal here in the West. Still, being able to concertina a 10.2in tablet in enough places that it slips into a trouser pocket does soften the blow a bit.
