The shift has been revolutionary, and as someone who has been deeply involved in this industry for a decade, it's fascinating to see how far we've come. From being a predominantly import-driven market to a space that fosters full-fledged domestic manufacturing, the journey has been dynamic and transformative.

The Shift from Illumination to Energy Efficiency

A decade ago, lighting was primarily about providing basic illumination. People cared mostly about how bright the lights were, often choosing them based on wattage. Over time, however, consumers have become far more conscious of energy efficiency. Today, it's not just about lighting up a room but doing so in a way that conserves power. LEDs have made this possible, drastically reducing energy consumption compared to traditional incandescent or fluorescent bulbs.

With advancements in LED technology, lighting systems now consume a fraction of the power of older solutions, while providing even greater illumination. This shift toward energy efficiency is driven not just by environmental concerns but also by the desire to cut electricity costs.
