Use the iPhone 16's physical button to adjust a range of camera settings
THERE'S A SAYING that “the best camera is the one you have with you”. This certainly applies to iPhone! Thanks to the addition of a handy new Camera Control button on the iPhone 16 range, your ever-present camera just got even better! The new Camera Control button enables you to treat your iPhone more like a conventional camera. This tactile button makes it much quicker to capture a shot. It's also touch sensitive, so you can press and slide your finger over it to summon camera functions such as Exposure, Depth, Zoom, Cameras, Styles and Tone. You can also swipe the Camera Control button to control the various properties of each setting, such as the strength of the background blur in Depth or the contrast of a shot in Tone. It might take you a little while to master the light-press action that summons the Camera Control button's various settings, but you can customize the pressure needed to perform the light-press, as we'll demonstrate in these tips.
HOW TO Use the Camera Control button
